Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls or messages via phone, social media or email & provide quotation if necessary.
  • Maintains adequate inventory of office supplies, and order supplies as needed.
  • Responds to inquiries and complaints from the tenants and report it to the Building Administrator.
  • Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Complete Daily Activity Report form to include check-in and check-out of all employees
  • Organize calendar for bookings/reservations, coordinate & validate to their schedule
  • Update & Report with concern parties for any important incident or concern.
  • Keep the facilities clean and in order.( Basement to 1- 6 floor)
  • Collect payments from customers and file all screenshots of payments in the google drive
  • Monitor all AYSN Sports google sheets & maintain an accurate customer directory / data base.
  • Daily coordination with P.Tuazon personnel(Guard, Janitor and parking attendant)
  • Recording and monitoring of monthly parking contracts.
  • Daily audit of parking collection.
  • Performs other related work as needed.

Qualification:

  • College Graduate in Business Course
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail in handling bookings/reservation
  • Willing to assign in P. Tuazon or in San Juan City
