JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, production, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Answering customers questions regarding their account or sales products.
- Ensures that details in Order Approval Forms correspond with details in the purchase order / sales agreement / quotations.
- Properly encodes sales approved orders from DOAF in the ERIC System.
- Communicate details of any complaints or problems so that other departments can take action to deal with the issues.
- Verifies request for Returns Request including amount for CM.
- Coordinates with the Plant on availability of ordered products against delivery schedules.
- Daily checking of sales order to ensure that all are accurately encoded.
- Weekly reconciles with PPIC/delivery regarding pending orders.
- Coordinates with sales on resolution of document deficiencies.
- Closing and rebooking of aged pending orders.
- Help maintain good housekeeping in the department by keeping work areas neat and orderly.
- Complies with the company's HR policies and procedures.
- Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong attention to detail, with experience in order processing, system encoding, and document verification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and address customer inquiries
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely resolution of issues
