Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational

  • Monitor deliveries and pick-ups to ensure items delivered to customers are complete, in good condition and on time
  • Must have experience in developing delivery schedules and shipment strategies
  • Communicate with Sales team all delivery concerns
  • Review and look for third party logistics to support delivery needs in different areas
  • Monitoring and checking of Trucks, scheduling of Preventive maintenance

Systems and Processes

  • Manage and ensure department cost are within cost target
  • Ensure current policies and standard operating procedures are followed
  • Optimize logistical operations by consistent review and evaluation of current processes for improvement and/or to prevent issues

People Management

  • Ensures that tasks related to the department's programs are completed on time, executed per policy, and implemented in accordance with its objectives
  • Delegates and assigns tasks to team members to ensure optimal team performance
  • Ensures the development of logistics personnel through coaching and mentoring
  • Addresses any issues and concerns that may affect the performance of each team member and the overall objective of the department
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
