We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our logistics team. This hands-on internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in international transport, customs, and compliance. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals, supporting daily operations and contributing to the efficient movement of goods across borders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customs Compliance: Support licensed customs brokers and the logistics team in ensuring all transactions follow relevant transport and customs regulations. The intern will also be involved in resolving issues arising during transport or customs clearance processes, such as delays or documentation discrepancies.
  • Documentation Management: Assist in preparing, verifying, and organizing essential shipping documents, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices. It also involved fulfilling general clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Perform accurate data entry into internal systems, manage archiving activities, and assist in creating performance reports
  • Process Improvement: Provide suggestions for improving internal processes and enhancing logistics and customs efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed:
  • You are passionate about sports
  • Students or fresh graduates holding a bachelor's or master's degree in any field. Majoring in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, International Business, or a related field will be an advantage.
  • A keen interest in the logistics industry and international trade.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English is often required for international contexts; knowledge of a third language is a plus).
  • High computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge with specific logistics software (ie. SAP) is an advantage but not required.
