Job Summary:

Tecno Mobile is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead the development and execution of training programs across our sales channels. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure that promoters, sales coordinators, dealers, and distributors are well-equipped to represent the brand and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  • Develop, localize, and update training materials tailored for sales teams, promoters, dealers, and distributors.
  • Organize and implement comprehensive training programs, including product knowledge, soft skills, and sales techniques.
  • Facilitate training sessions for promoters, Area Sales Coordinators (ASCs), Regional Sales Managers, and external partners.
  • Ensure training readiness during new product launches, price drops, marketing campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Support promoter performance through regular coaching, feedback, and upskilling activities.

Operations & Coordination

  • Plan training schedules, manage training budgets, and oversee logistics (venue, materials, travel, etc.).
  • Coordinate closely with Area Sales Coordinators to ensure timely and effective training rollout.
  • Develop and implement compliance procedures, including audit activities for promoters, ASCs, and merchandisers.

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Regularly update social media content related to training highlights, top-performing promoters, engagement activities, and sales initiatives.
  • Act as a speaker or host during brand events such as mall activations, product launches, and internal recognition programs.

Product & Market Intelligence

  • Stay up-to-date with all TECNO Mobile products and translate key selling points (KSP), FABE (Features, Advantages, Benefits, Evidence), and sales steps into effective training modules.
  • Monitor market competition and provide weekly competitor analysis through WAPP reports.

Sales Performance Monitoring

  • Track promoter performance, analyze sales data, and contribute strategic insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement monthly commission plans.
  • Ensure promoters are aligned with company guidelines, objectives, and customer service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training, sales supervision, or field operations in the mobile or consumer electronics industry.
  • Experience in content creation, including training manuals and digital materials.
  • Familiarity with smartphone technology, retail channel operations, and market dynamics.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), social media management, and mobile navigation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
