Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Monitor daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient handling of concerns.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Prepare sales reports, monitor performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
  • Handle cash management, sales reconciliation, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
  • Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of store personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor, Store-in-Charge, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Good understanding of sales principles and retail operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Flexible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
