Must-Have

  • Expertise in designing and implementing end to end system integrations, using API middleware, ETL tools.
  • Lead integration activities between cloud-based and on-premises banking applications, ensuring seamless data and process flow.
  • Govern integration architecture, solution design, and the rollout of new integration features, often leveraging cloud-native technologies and APIs.
  • Ensure designs and implementations meet regulatory standards and internal compliance policies relevant to the banking sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, security, operations, and business units—to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Document integration solutions, manage related risks, and mentor other integration team members involved in cloud banking programs.
  • Deep understanding of public cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure) as well as hybrid cloud strategies used by banks.
  • Experience in banking applications, payment processing systems (ACH, RTGS, Open Banking), and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong familiarity with security and regulatory compliance for financial services, especially cloud-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in APIs, middleware, microservices architecture, and cloud-native integration and automation tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project documentation skills.
  • Manage solution implementation focused on integration in diverse system topologies.
  • Analyze customer data to provide integration solutions and configurations maximizing application benefits.
  • Perform solution integration among various products to form a customer-specific solution.
  • Provide technical management of software installation packages and quality assurance.
  • Handle troubleshooting of integration issues during project lifecycles.
  • Manage system setup, installation, upgrades, and configuration aligned with customer-specific processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Development, QA, and Business Analysts.
  • Conduct product and feature demonstrations.
  • Report project status and updates regularly.
  • Write technical scripts, including SQL queries.
  • Experience with integration technologies such as Enterprise Service Bus and development frameworks (e.g., .Net, Java).
  • Customer service skills with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in technology and customer requirements.

Good-to-Have

  • Define and manage technical requirements for integrating cloud platforms.
  • Support design reviews, process governance, architecture compliance, and operational handover of integration solutions.
  • Identify process improvements, optimization opportunities, and implement automation for integration tasks.
  • Monitor integration systems for reliability, scalability, performance, and security, responding to incidents and proactively improving integration health.
  • 5+ years in cloud solution design, implementation, and support
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Understanding of networking, virtualization, and security concepts
  • Proficiency with programming languages (Python, Java, C#)
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), orchestration, and automation tools
  • Familiarity with cost management and disaster recovery within the cloud.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication for articulating complex technical reports and collaborating with stakeholders
