BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROLES

We are hiring bilingual customer experts for various accounts in Quezon City, Pasig, Makati, and Taguig. These roles are onsite and offer competitive salary packages based on experience.

1. Japanese Customer Expert

Location:

  • Eastwood, Quezon City (Fraud Detection Account)
  • Silver City, Pasig (Search Engine Account)

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Onsite
  • Day Shift / Night Shift (depends on account)

Salary Package:

  • PHP 80,000 – 120,000 (based on work experience)

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1, N2, or N3 – native or non-native speakers welcome)
  • Strong understanding and usage of Keigo (敬語) for professional communication
  • English proficiency: B2 CEFR level or higher
  • At least 6 months' experience in BPO, call center, or customer service
  • Willing to work onsite

2. Mandarin Customer Expert (Financial Account)

Location: Rockwell, Makati

Work Setup & Schedule: Onsite | Shifting

Salary: PHP 85,000 (All-in)

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Mandarin (native or near-native)
  • Customer service/BPO background preferred
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
  • Willing to work onsite

3. Thai Customer Expert

Location: Vertis North, Quezon City

Work Setup & Schedule: Onsite | Shifting

Salary: PHP 80,000 (All-in)

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Thai
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
  • Willing to work onsite

4. German Customer Expert

Location: Taguig City

Work Setup & Schedule: Onsite | Shifting

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German (native or near-native)
  • Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
  • Willing to work onsite
