About the role

As a QA Spanish Bilingual (with Healthcare experience) at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc.', you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced call centre environment. This full-time role, based in Taguig City Metro Manila, requires strong Spanish language skills as well as previous experience in healthcare customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from Spanish-speaking customers and providing exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues
  2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  3. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborating with the team to implement solutions
  4. Participating in quality assurance activities to assess agent performance and adherence to company standards
  5. Providing coaching and feedback to customer service agents to enhance their skills and knowledge
  6. Escalating complex issues to appropriate team members or subject matter experts for resolution

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns
  4. Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
  6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
