About the role
As a QA Spanish Bilingual (with Healthcare experience) at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc.', you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced call centre environment. This full-time role, based in Taguig City Metro Manila, requires strong Spanish language skills as well as previous experience in healthcare customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming calls from Spanish-speaking customers and providing exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborating with the team to implement solutions
- Participating in quality assurance activities to assess agent performance and adherence to company standards
- Providing coaching and feedback to customer service agents to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate team members or subject matter experts for resolution
What we're looking for
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
