Position Summary:

We're looking for a bilingual Thai-speaker professional who can deliver excellent customer support through digital platforms. The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills while helping customers resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns through digital channels with courtesy and accuracy
  • Perform troubleshooting and provide clear solutions to technical and non-technical issues
  • Calmly manage escalations while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members and also perform effectively with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in an international customer service or contact center environment (experience in hyper care support is an advantage)
  • Background in digital support or call center operations is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and listening comprehension
  • Proficient in both Thai and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Technically adept, with knowledge of MS Office and Excel
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work setting
  • A proactive, customer-focused team player with strong decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php115,000.00 per month
