Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support to our French-speaking clients via inbound calls and emails
  • Handling customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Identifying customer needs and cross-selling or upselling relevant products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Collaborating with other team members to share best practices and improve customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call center or contact center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  • A customer-centric attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
  • Should be willing to work onsite on a night/shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
