· Duties & Responsibilities

· Check emails/pre-alerts coming from agent.

· Once checked & no revision/amendment, we will send it to our ultimate consignee & their own broker for the pre-alert/arrival details of their incoming cargo.

· Check arrivals to carriers/shipping lines/co-loader/consolidator.

· Once arrival to carriers/shipping lines/co-loader/consolidator

· Once checked, send arrival details/arrival notice to consignee/broker

· Manifest Shipments to E2M/CDEC service provider

· Billed Shipments & Sent it to ultimate consignees/broker

· If we are the broker, send billing to agent if DDP/DDU, ELSE send it to ultimate client for their payment before releasing the cargo to them.

· Endorsed docs to consignee's broker once paid.

· Closing of files monthly

· Update closing of files quarterly for passing FTEB report to Philippines Shippers Bureau (PSB)

· Check emails/inquiries from Agent, Importer & reply to Agent & follow-up endorsement status to consignees/broker if they not still endorsing to our office.
