Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Client Success - Renewables Specialist, managing client services and onboarding new clients/assets to ensure accurate payments through company systems. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely, error-free results while translating complex data into clear insights. Strong communication and precision are key to success.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF programs.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a client-friendly demeanor.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in the client's time zone.

Preferred Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume client service environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage ad hoc responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Develop knowledge and understanding of SREC, REC, AEC, and other renewable energy markets for one or more of the following: District of Columbia, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and other future states.
  • Learn the complex state solar and renewable energy certification rules and procedures.
  • Understand how Managed Solutions provides services to system owners (clients) and solar installers/project developers (partners) within each state's market framework.
  • Process incoming renewable energy project applications accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review application materials and correspond with clients and partners via email for any outstanding information.
  • Assist in the state certification process of solar and other renewable systems to ensure participation in renewable energy programs.
  • Coordinate the registration of state-certified systems in the appropriate tracking registries.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and excellent daily client service via email.
  • Assist in the new client onboarding process, including describing the application process and the company's services.
  • Facilitate client understanding and usage of online accounts.
  • Provide solutions to client and partner inquiries related to applications, account creation, account status, and transactions.
