About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Stockman to join our team at the Robinsons Galleria South store in San Pedro City Laguna. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our thriving retail business.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and keeping the store clean and tidy
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, and providing a seamless checkout experience for customers
  • Actively participating in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and sorting new stock deliveries
  • Supporting the store's marketing and promotional activities, such as setting up displays and ensuring product information is up-to-date
  • Collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work effectively in a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
