About the role

Join our dynamic team at Nekochi Sanitary Inc. as a full-time Sales Agent based in Carmona Cavite. In this strategic role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and growth objectives by proactively engaging with potential customers and securing new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and target prospective customers within your assigned territory
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our high-quality products
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales management team
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the sanitary or FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
  • Self-motivated, resilient and results-oriented with a passion for sales
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory as needed
