QUALIFICATION:
- COLLEGE GRADUATE - BS CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION OR ANY 4 YEARS RELATED COURSE
- WITH ATLEAST 1 YEAR OR MORE EXPERIENCE IN FREIGHT FORWARDING /LOGISTICS INDUSTRY BUT FRESH GRADUATE IS ALSO WELCOME TO APPLY.
- ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE TASK & MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY.
- PROFICIENCY IN SOFTWARE SYSTEM.
- WITH POSITIVE ATTITUDE & GOOD IN PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
- COMPUTER LITERATE AND WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- STRONG INTERPERSONAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
STATE OF DUTIES:
- EFFICIENT PROCESSING OF CUSTOMERS BOOKING REQUEST, INQUIRIES AND CONCERNS.
- HANDLE SHIPPING AND CARGO DOCUMENTATIONS
- MANAGING SHIPMENTS FROM ORIGIN TO DESTINATION TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- TRACT AND MONITOR FLIGHT/VESSEL DEPARTMENT & ARRIVAL
- PREPARE JOB INSTRUCTION FOR BILLING
- PREPARE REQUEST FOR PAYMENT FOR SHIPMENT.
- ACT AS PORT PROCESSOR
- COORDINATE TO IMPORT & EXPORT DEPARTMENT
- ATTEND CUSTOMER COMPLAIN AND PREPARES LOGS ACTION REPORT
