Job Description:

  • Adapt and implement Glad2Glow's regional brand strategy to the Philippine market
  • Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, social, KOLs, PR, offline).
  • Lead product launches from positioning to go-to-market execution.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, dermatologists, and skincare communities.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer behavior.
  • Track brand performance, campaign ROI, and manage the marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in KOL/Brand marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine consumer market.
  • Proven experience in managing campaigns, product launches, and external partners.
  • Creative, analytical, and results-driven with a growth mindset.
  • Fluent in English; passion for skincare is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati
