Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing branding, marketing, and promotional strategies that strengthen the presence of our F&B brands in the Philippine market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the F&B industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, design, digital, and PR to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and tone across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools; provide actionable insights and optimizations.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, influencer marketing, PR activities, and partnerships.
  • Manage content calendars and support social media marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest F&B trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, consumer behavior, and marketing principles.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
