Verz Design, a leading web design agency based in Singapore, specializing in creating stunning and effective online solutions for our clients are seeking a skilled and results-driven Emarsys Specialist/Strategist to join our team in Manila.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversions, and business growth using Emarsys & Klaviyo. This role requires an individual with strong strategic thinking, hands-on experience with Emarsys & Klaviyo, and an ability to collaborate across teams to meet marketing goals.

What You'll Do:

● Campaign Strategy and Execution

Develop, design, and implement effective email marketing campaigns through the Emarsys & Klaviyo platform to achieve the company's marketing objectives.

● Segmentation and Personalization

Create and manage audience segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized email communications.

● Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor, analyze, and report on email marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to continuously improve results.

● A/B Testing

Conduct regular A/B testing on email components (subject lines, content, layout) to enhance performance metrics, including open rates and click-through rates.

● Automation

Build and optimize automated workflows for email marketing campaigns to improve customer lifecycle engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

● Compliance

Ensure email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

● Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and data teams to align email marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and ensure high-quality output.

What We're Looking For:

● Proven experience in email marketing, specifically using Emarsys & Klaviyo

● Candidates with experience in a Klaviyo Elite Partner agency will be highly preferred.

● Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies, best practices, and compliance requirements.

● Expertise in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

● Familiarity with marketing automation and workflow tools within Emarsys & Klaviyo.

● Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
