JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Supporting employee opportunities for professional development

  • Developing, recommending and implementing personnel policies and procedures
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Overseeing exit interviews
  • Maintaining department records and reports
  • Participating in administrative staff meetings
  • Maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws

Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required; a master's degree may be preferred.

Experience: Generally, candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, including some supervisory experience.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in HR software and tools is also important
