Job Description
As a Post Closing Administrator, you will support key mortgage post-closing activities including monitoring inboxes, managing trailing documents, preparing reports, and coordinating with investor and internal teams. Your strong attention to detail ensures timely, accurate post-closing processes that keep mortgage operations running efficiently.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: 8:00 PM-5:00 AM PHT or 9:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT, Weekends Off
Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Administrative or clerical skills, including inbox monitoring and spreadsheet reporting
- Experience in document reviews with strong attention to detail
- Encompass usage is a plus, but not required
- Mortgage or financial services background is a plus, but not required
Your Daily Tasks
- Monitoring the Insuring Inbox
- Providing documents to Investors and CCM departments
- Uploading mortgage insurance certificates to Investor websites
- Assigning loans to be audited or paid via Excel spreadsheet
- Providing a daily Auditor production report
- Assisting in the follow-up of trailing documents
- Performing other duties or projects assigned by management
