By joining us as a Specialist II Post Booking Order Administration, you will provide post-sales support to Emerson Process Management Australia and New Zealand in terms of order management and non-technical inquiries to meet the customer's need for information, support, and reports.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To generate and review for completeness/accuracy and send purchase orders to Interco Factories and Suppliers for Buy Out orders
• To resolve PO problems to speed up delivery of orders
• To manage customer order records and request dates in the system and customer portals.
• To assist in workload management and help optimize work processes.
• To participate in initiatives within the functional unit.

You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• Minimum 2 years of actual experience in related documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or function.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• General understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
