Job Description

As a Post Closing Auditor, you will review loan documents to ensure compliance with agency guidelines and verify the accuracy of each file. You'll work closely with specialists to confirm completeness and ensure all audits are completed promptly and efficiently within established timelines.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM during DST / 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM end of DST, Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1+ year(s) experience in loan processing or mortgage auditing preferred
• Encompass experience preferred
• Familiarity with the loan process and what each department is responsible for
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to collaborate in correcting or requesting required documentation

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage the loans-to-be-audited pipeline daily
• Review the required documents in Encompass and ensure the documents meet agency guidelines in a timely manner
• Notify the Department Specialist of any missing and/or incomplete documents to complete the checklist
• Meet the required 25+ minimum of daily audited files needed
