  • Preferably with working experience in similar capacity/relevant industry
  • Good spoken English and an additional language would be an added advantage
  • Actively looking for ways to assist guests on dining needs and helping team members
  • Managing one's own time
  • Active listening on guests' needs and asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times
  • Punctuality
  • Basic assessment skills to estimate wait time for guests
  • Pleasant, friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
