About the role

La Spezia, a leading hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Cashier/Server to join their team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Cashier/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling cash transactions and point-of-sale operations. This is a full-time position within our vibrant and fast-paced bar and beverage establishment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Accurately take orders and input them into the point-of-sale system
  3. Provide prompt and courteous service, ensuring customers' needs are met
  4. Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail
  5. Assist in maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment
  6. Collaborate with the broader team to provide a seamless customer experience
  7. Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards at all times

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar cashier or server role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional experiences
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  4. Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  5. Proficiency in handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
  6. Flexible and adaptable to accommodate the needs of the business
  7. Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu items and preparation
