Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Inside Sales & Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. The role requires at least two years of real estate cold calling and inside sales experience, a neutral accent, and strong skills in lead management and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and detail-oriented, capable of building and maintaining a structured cold calling and lead response system to maximize efficiency and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a standardized cold calling and lead response system to improve team results.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads (homeowners, buyers, and sellers).
  • Qualify prospects through meaningful conversations and determine interest levels.
  • Follow up consistently via calls, SMS, and other channels.
  • Handle objections, build rapport, and boost conversion rates.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Provide training and share best practices with team members.
  • Achieve or exceed daily and weekly call/conversion targets.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends to improve communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate cold calling and inside sales experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with a neutral accent.
  • Experience with CRM management and lead follow-ups.
  • Excellent persuasion and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to document structured cold calling and lead response processes.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, noise-cancelling headset, and quiet workspace.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to work overnight (Pacific Standard Time).

Preferred:

  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate.
  • Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL).
