We are looking for a Technical Sales & Support Specialist with knowledge of heating or HVAC systems. This role combines technical product knowledge, sales support, and customer service. You will help customers and contractors choose the right heating solutions, interpret drawings, and qualify leads for the sales team.

Must Have's

  • 2–4 years of technical sales or technical support experience
  • Strong communication skills with customers, contractors, and electricians
  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams and construction plans
  • Experience qualifying or supporting sales leads
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Familiarity with infrared heating, HVAC, or electrical systems
  • Ability to create simple 2D/3D layout plans for heating projects
  • Experience with marketing or operations teams
  • Prior use of Help Scout, Pipeline Deals CRM, or QuickBooks Desktop
  • Experience creating technical sales guides or educational materials

Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Qualify leads and support the sales team in generating opportunities
  • Assist with ecommerce sales support when needed
  • Create simple 2D/3D floor or ceiling layouts for heater placement
  • Interpret drawings and make accurate product recommendations
  • Act as liaison with manufacturers for technical or product information
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine technical sales materials and FAQs
  • Maintain and expand internal knowledge bases
  • Identify ways to improve customer-facing processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
