We are looking for a passionate and experienced Inventory Assistant to join our Team at Mary Roche' Marketing. This full time role is based in Angeles City, Pampanga and play a critical part in supporting our growing business. Inventory Assistant's job is to help manage and maintain a company's stock and supplies. They ensure accurate record-keeping, assist with stock audits, and help keep inventory levels in line with operational needs. This includes tasks like receiving and inspecting shipments, recording item details, organizing storage, and monitoring levels to prevent shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Receiving and Inspecting:

Receiving and checking incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.

·       Record Keeping:

Recording details of received items (names, numbers, descriptions), maintaining accurate inventory records, and updating them regularly.

·       Organization and Storage:

Maintaining a neat and organized inventory storage area, using labels or barcodes to identify and locate items.

·       Inventory Monitoring:

Monitoring inventory levels, notifying supervisors when supplies are running low, and assisting with ordering new items or restocking.

·       Audits and Accuracy:

Conducting inventory counts or audits to ensure accuracy of records, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with procedures.

·       Data Entry and Reporting:

Performing data entry tasks, preparing reports on inventory levels, and assisting with inventory analysis.

·       Collaboration:

Collaborating with team members to address inventory-related issues.

·       Other Duties:

May include assisting with administrative functions, processing invoices, or helping customers.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper storage.
  • Basic arithmetic skills are needed for calculations related to inventory counts and levels.
  • Knowledge of cataloging and inventory techniques, as well as shipping and receiving practices, is helpful.
  • Computer literacy, especially with inventory management software or systems, is often required.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills are important for collaborating with other team members and supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least College Degree
  • Open for fresh Grads
  • Have experience as a inventory assistant is a PLUS
