General Functions:

  • Achieves sell-out, KPI targets and market hygiene targets, and Introduction of New Products.
  • Assesses customers and identify business issues and opportunities.
  • Implements customer plan to achieve set targets in line with the business planning process including channel, category and brand strategies.
  • Ensures all company funds and properties (i.e., cash, invoices, accountable forms, etc.) are fully accounted for upon demand by authorized company representatives.
  • Adheres to distributor policies and procedures on credit and collection thus minimizing financial exposure.
  • Ensures servicing of account through regular engagements and updates on Customer Service Levels, Sales Achievements, Accounts Receivables and other operational concerns.

Required Qualification:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Preferably with experience in sales or a similar role.
