Global Finance/SSC Finance/ Accounts PayableSSC > Finance SSC > Accounts PayableResponsibilitiesFollow and uphold the governance structure and operating model for Accounts PayableEnsure personal adherence to defined processes, policies, and controls across all AP activitiesMaintain and update AP process documentation, including SOPs, process flow maps, invoice requirements, and invoice management proceduresWork closely with business users to ensure documentation reflects current practices and supports complianceAct as a go-to resource for resolving complex AP issues, including:Invoice Verification & Processing - Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoice handlingParked Invoice Handling - Investigate and resolve discrepancies to enable proper postingVendor Reconciliation - Analyze and clear mismatches in vendor accountsGRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) Handling - Address and resolve GRIR-related issuesPayments Processing - Troubleshoot payment delays or errors and ensure timely executionCollaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sourcing, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support process alignmentProvide insights and feedback to improve upstream and downstream processesParticipate in global projects, system migrations, and new process setupsSupport ERP testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate process changes and system functionalityIdentify opportunities for process improvement and share recommendations with peers and process ownersContributes to the creation and periodic update of training materials and SOPs to reflect evolving processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field4-6 years of practical experience in Accounts Payable operationsProficient working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP/ SAP4 HANA, Oracle, Netsuite, Blackline) for AP processesEffective problem-solving, methodical, and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and complianceCompetenciesAcademic degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fieldProficient analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problemsProficient in written/verbal presentation and communication skillsSolid problem-solving skills and a motivation to always automate manual tasksWhat we offerWe offer you an engaging role with great professional and personal development opportunities in an inspiring, progressive, international work environment at an established manufacturer of wind turbines.
