We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor who will oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices, disbursements, and expense reimbursements.

This role is responsible for supervising AP staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards, improving processes, and supporting internal and external audits. The AP Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring efficient cash management.

QUALIFICATIONS / JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a College Graduate of any Business-related course
  • At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, or Procurement with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ü Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in excel is a must.

  • Willing to work overtime, if necessary
  • Teamwork skills or ability to work in a team
