The Training Staff will assist the Training Facilitator in the development, production, and conduct of organizational training programs.

They will assess training needs, develop instructional materials, and ensure that training sessions are engaging and effective.

They will help oversee meeting logistics related to training, coordinate with different training suppliers, selection and notification of training participants, finalization of training materials to be used in the conduct of training, and assist in the actual training program.

Further the Training Staff will act as facilitator for On-the-Job training inside the plant. They will monitor the progress of new employees undergoing training, and prepare reports as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in Canva is a must
  • Highly organized with initiative and determination to finish activities on time with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work and be assigned in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
