Administrative Staff

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a College Graduate (Undergrads are also accepted)

  • At least 1 year experience as Administrative or HR Staff

  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Comfortable in both Filipino & English Languages (Oral and written)

  • Willing to work six times a week (Sunday to Friday schedule with shifting; night shift) will be adjusted to 5days a week eventually

  • Can start right away

Job Description

  • Responsible for administrative work which includes but not limited to the following: Daily office task (filing, encoding, generating reports, scheduling of meeting, maintaining files, and reordering of supplies)

  • Looking, handling and researching of suppliers

  • Handling HR work (Payroll, Leaves, 13th Month, 101 Files, COE, etc.)

  • Point person for accounting and legal concerns of the business

  • Provides support and assistance to Kitchen, Logistics and Management

  • Customer service work which includes but not limited to the ff: Answer customer inquiries, sending quotations, and updating of payments

  • Handling of customer complaints, payments, and refund and necessary coordination with Kitchen and riders regarding concerns.

  • Rider's list and customer tags
