JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed at least 1st year in college.
  • With BPO experience.
  • Experience in a Collections and/or Billing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to billing, payments, and account collections.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Negotiate and set up payment arrangements while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
