Territory Business Manager - Flour (Open to Fresh Graduates)Position Type: Full-timePilmico Foods Corporation is the integrated agribusiness and food company of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. (AEV). The Territory Business Manager is responsible for generating and cultivating a loyal customer base for Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation through active selling and relationship building with distributors and dealers. The role involves translating market potential into increased market share within a specified territory and maintaining credit standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Market Potential: Contribute to determining market potential through dealer and end-user market profiling. Business Plan: Implement placement strategies, develop, and propose overall business approaches including placement and pricing strategies. Customer Relations: Support transactions, gather feedback, verify customer information, execute lead generation, negotiate, plan and execute territory KRAs, manage accounts receivable through effective collection, monitor third-party service providers, and assist in technical training.

Other Tasks: Participate in corporate initiatives (e.g., ISO, 5S, CRM), contribute to sales and marketing process improvements, and perform other tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: At least a graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
