  • Ensure proper merchandising and strong product presence in retail locations.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Identify threats and opportunities in the market and promptly report them to relevant stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on ongoing promotions, trade discounts, marketing initiatives, and other programs to support sales efforts.
  • Report all relevant and critical information to supervisors that may impact the organization.

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain a professional and trustworthy image when dealing with customers.

  • Foster a healthy, collaborative working relationship with both customers and peers.

  • Administrative & Operational Support

  • Effectively manage and monitor the release of customer discounts, trade development programs (TDP), incentives, and prizes.

  • Ensure punctuality and preparedness when reporting to work.
