JOB PURPOSE:

To plans, directs, and coordinates with purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, customer service, and planning services.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Ensures the accuracy of inventory levels of all FG and RM materials.
  • Monitors stock level and update inventory records regularly.
  • Participating in regular inventory audits to confirm stock levels match recorded data
  • Coordinates with production and operation team to understand material requirement of the production run.
  • Constant coordination with Site Logistic Assistant for the inventory records and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Import team about timings of arrival of all imported good at Plant to avoid long waiting time that will result additional cost due to truck demurrage.
  • Generate regular reports related to material requirements, inventory levels, stock movements, and production order status.
  • Analyze MRP system outputs and recommend improvements to enhance material planning and procurement processes.
  • Provide insights to help improve demand forecasting and supply chain decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficiency in using MRP software and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and inventory management principles
  • Experience in a similar MRP or logistics support role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
