Job Title: SDR – Business Brokerage

Shift: 4 hours

Agent Rate: PHP 20-22,000/month

Overview:

We are seeking a driven and professional Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to support our business brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will engage with business owners to assess their readiness to exit or explore potential opportunities, and secure qualified appointments with our team. This role is critical in connecting motivated sellers with our brokerage, particularly focusing on businesses valued under $5 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to business owners from provided lead lists.
  • Identify if the business owner is considering selling their business or open to discussing other opportunities.
  • Pre-qualify prospects by asking key questions, including whether their business has been evaluated and their exit readiness.
  • Secure and schedule appointments with qualified business owners for the brokerage team.
  • Manage industry-specific call lists as assigned (leads will be provided across multiple industries).
  • Accurately record and update all interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Maintain a professional and consultative approach with prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telesales.
  • Background or familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), business brokerage, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with business owners.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with reliable follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with call scripts while adapting to real-time conversations.
