Equipment and Maintenance Assistant

The position is responsible for providing support in equipment and maintenance department of the organization and all responsibilities assigned are performed accurately and efficiently to achieve company goals and objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists on maintaining and repairing the entire equipment of outlets and factories;
  • Assists in maintaining of carts/kiosk/booth of all outlet of the company;
  • Performs installing and dismantling carts and pull –out of equipment;
  • Support proper storage of company mascot and all outlet and factory equipment such as walk – in and chest type freezer, oven, steam kettle, roller, proofer, and sealer;
  • Helps in maintenance and repair strategies for effective and cost efficient manner;
  • Assists in checking, receiving, and inspecting newly purchased equipment;
  • Provides support for facilities maintenance and repairs in offices and factories;
  • Responds inquiries, suggestions, or complaints concerning equipment and maintenance services;
  • Coordinates in other Supply Management and Logistics division for fastest transaction activities;
  • Performs related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
  • A graduate of six (6) month vocational course or any related course accredited by TESDA;
  • Basic knowledge on carpentry, electrical wiring, and kitchen appliances;
  • Preferably with at least six (6) months experience as an electrician or equivalent professional practice;
  • Basic knowledge in computer programs;
  • Basic in written and communication skills;
  • Basic in decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
  • Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
  • Self-motivated and hardworking;
  • Positive personal values and strong work ethic;
  • Physically fit;
  • Strict in implementing rules, regulations, and policies.
