We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facilities in the restaurant. The role ensures smooth operations, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Conduct regular tests and ensure equipment efficiency.
  • Perform minor electrical repairs and component replacements.
  • Support general store maintenance (plumbing, civil works, and electrical tasks).
  • Prepare maintenance reports and recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational/Technical certification in RAC, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Servicing (TESDA NC II preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant/food chain maintenance systems.
  • Skilled in using trade tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Physically fit and able to work in different environments.
  • Good time management, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety.

Work setup:

  • On-site reporting, Monday to Saturday;
  • 8:00AM to 5:00PM
