Job Summary

The Engineering and Maintenance Planner is responsible for ensuring that all engineering and maintenance activities are executed efficiently, effectively, and cost-consciously. This role involves close coordination with the Autonomous and Planned Maintenance Teams, as well as other engineering groups, to schedule regular preventive maintenance, projects, and system improvements. The Planner also supports in addressing maintenance emergencies and conducting inspections of equipment and systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.
  • Coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure that all maintenance work complies with established safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.
  • Support improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in using planning and scheduling software.
  • Sound knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Deep understanding of maintenance processes and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety standards.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
