Job Title: HR and Admin Associate

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR and Admin Associate to support our Human Resources and administrative functions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of HR processes and office management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of employee-related and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and interview coordination
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring timely updates in databases
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements and orientation facilitation
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and contribute to internal communication efforts
  • Handle daily administrative responsibilities such as inventory, office upkeep, and facilities coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Coordinate with payroll by gathering attendance and employee data for processing
  • Provide general support to the HR team and collaborate with other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in HR support or office administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with HRIS or employee management systems is a plus
