About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.'. This full-time position is based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila and will involve providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and services
  3. Achieving daily and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
  4. Providing timely and accurate information to customers
  5. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
  6. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  7. Collaborating with the team to continuously improve customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  3. Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. Proficiency in English and the local language
  6. Enthusiasm, resilience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
