About the role

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our expanding Telco Sales team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. as Telco Sales Accounts. This is a full-time role based in our Alabang, Muntinlupa City office, where you will play a crucial part in growing our customer base and driving business success.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to current and prospective clients, ensuring their telecommunication needs are met
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote our range of telecommunication products and services
  • Effectively manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and meet financial targets
  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through training and development opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
  • Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • A keen interest in the telecommunication industry and a passion for providing top-notch customer service
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred, but not essential
  • No prior sales experience is required - we are happy to provide comprehensive training to the right candidates
