Our mission is to provide reliable, tech-enabled services while building one of the strongest after-sales support teams in the region.About the RoleWe are seeking Motorcycle Rental Intern (Remote Internship Program) to join our regional team. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, requiring accuracy, structure, and strong English communication. You will work on real operational tasks and AI-driven workflow improvements while keeping to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Your outputs will be used by live operations. If you like building real operational outcomes and systems that others rely on, this Internship is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesRental & Customer Operations: Support rental onboarding, agreements, payments, deposits, handovers, extensions, and returns.Rider Support & After-Sales: Assist in handling rider issues such as breakdowns, accidents, insurance claims, and service coordination.Fleet Coordination & Compliance: Track servicing schedules, insurance, COE expiry, and road tax.Risk & Recovery: Support repossessions, stolen/missing bike cases, and collections.Workflow Automation – Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AppSheet, Google Workspace) to streamline and document processes. We'll expect you to document what you build so others can repeat it.Job RequirementsCurrent student or recent graduate in business, operations, management, or related fields.Strong interest in mobility, transport, or rental fleet management.Familiar with Google Sheets, WhatsApp workflows, or CRM tools (spreadsheet formulas, filters, pivot table).Strong English communication for reporting and documentation (Written and spoken). ​Android phone, Laptop/desktop, fast and stable internet (recommended ≥20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up), headset, quiet working space for remote work.Proactive and disciplined – able to manage tasks independently and follow through.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Keen interest in AI tools and workflow automation (ChatGPT, AppSheet, Google Workspace).Willing to learn and grow in a fast-moving startup environment.Operational readiness: can respond within 5 minutes during shift (SLA) and leave 1–3 line handover notes when you close a task.Commitment: 6–12 months, remote home-based.
