About Us

We're a growing group of U.S.-based brands covering event rentals, audio visual services, bartending, and eco-friendly products — including My Party Rental Guys, Audio Visual Rentals MPRG, Mobile Bartending MPRG, and Driftly. We're looking for a talented Web Developer to join our creative and fast-moving team to help us build, maintain, and innovate across multiple company websites and digital platforms.

Position Overview

The Web Developer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our websites, building new pages and microsites, and occasionally developing new websites or simple apps for our businesses. The ideal candidate is a creative and technical all-rounder who enjoys switching between web development, design, and digital marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update multiple company websites (WordPress, Shopify, or custom platforms).
  • Create new landing pages, product pages, and micro-sites as needed.
  • Develop new websites and assist in creating web or mobile applications for internal use.
  • Ensure all websites are optimized for performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on design and creative projects.
  • Assist with digital marketing backend tasks such as Google Business Profiles, SEO improvements, analytics setup, and integrations.
  • Support social media efforts through creative assistance — editing graphics, web banners, and visual content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
  • Contribute to branding efforts — including logo creation, simple graphic design, and consistency across all brands.
  • Troubleshoot and fix web-related issues (hosting, plugins, updates, etc.).

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Web Development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or similar).
  • Knowledge of responsive design, SEO, and UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Google platforms (Analytics, Search Console, My Business, etc.).
  • Bonus: Experience in app development (mobile or web-based).
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and reliability for remote work.
