The Human Resource Intern will assist the HR Department in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions and provides a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process.
  • Support in filing, organizing, and maintaining employee records.
  • Help with employee engagement activities.
  • Encode and update HR databases, trackers, and reports.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as contracts and clearance forms.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
  • Willing to undergo internship or on-the-job training (OJT).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
