Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. As an intern, you will assist with HR operations and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about starting a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help in organizing employee engagement and training programs.
- Assist with performance management and employee feedback initiatives.
- Participate in HR meetings and prepare minutes.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

- Work Hours: Must follow assigned working hours; flexibility may be required depending on tasks.
- Attendance: Regular attendance is expected; interns must inform HR in case of absence.
- Conduct: Interns should maintain professional behavior and adhere to company policies.
- Reporting: Interns will report to the HR Officer.
- Learning Objective: This is a learning-focused role, and interns are encouraged to ask questions and seek feedback.
- Use of Company Resources: Company resources should be used appropriately and only for work-related tasks.
- Documentation: Interns may be required to submit weekly reports or a final internship report/presentation.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and responsibilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Know how to use Canva
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Can start as soon as possible
- Hybrid set-up (Office and WFH) 2 days work on site - 3 Days wfh
- Have own laptop
