Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team and support day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment – posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Help with onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Maintain and organize HR files and records
  • Learn HR best practices in a creative, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
