I'm part of the team that helps make DAVI an amazing place to work As an HR Intern, I support the people behind the data — helping with recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. I get to see how culture and strategy come together, assist in meaningful projects, and learn what it takes to build a high-performing, people-centered organization.

Responsibilities – How will you do this?

1. Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist in sourcing candidates and screening applications for various roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
  • Help maintain recruitment trackers and databases.

2. Employer Branding & Communication

  • Collaborate on social media content for DAVI's employer brand and internal campaigns.
  • Assist in event coverage (photos, write-ups, post-event reports) and internal newsletter content.
  • Participate in projects that highlight DAVI's culture, values, and employee stories.

3. Special Projects & Process Improvements

  • Provide support in HR research, benchmarking, and presentation materials.
  • Contribute ideas for improving HR processes, engagement activities, or communication workflows.
  • Assist in surveys and data analysis for ongoing people analytics initiatives.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or any related course.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (knowledge of Canva, Mural, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and passion for people and culture.
